We stand behind the quality of our handcrafted gear and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your Birdwells don't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our Santa Ana facility, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
